Neurologische Sprach-,

Meist nach abgeschlossenem Spracherwerb, verursachen neurologische Erkrankungen z.B.: Schlaganfall und Hirnblutungen oder Verletzungen des Gehirns, neurologische Sprach-, Sprech- und Stimmst\u00f6rungen. Die Betroffenen haben Probleme beim Sprechen, Verstehen, Lesen und Schreiben in unterschiedlichen Auspr\u00e4gungen.<\/p>\n

Gesichtsl\u00e4hmungen<\/h1>\n

Es kann unterteilt werden in periphere L\u00e4hmung und zentrale L\u00e4hmung. Die sehr h\u00e4ufig auftretende\u00a0 periphere L\u00e4hmung tritt meist bei einer direkten Sch\u00e4digung des Gesichtsnerves auf, z.B. bei Infektionen (Borreliose),\u00a0 nach St\u00fcrzen oder bei Tumoren. Die zentrale L\u00e4hmung tritt h\u00e4ufig bei direkter Sch\u00e4digungen des Gehirns auf, zB. nach Schlaganfall.<\/p>\n

In den ersten Lebensjahren erwerben Kinder die wichtigsten Regeln ihrer Muttersprache. Dies gelingt nicht allen Kindern und es kommt zu Abweichungen in den Bereichen Wortschatz,\u00a0Sprachverst\u00e4ndnis,\u00a0Grammatik und\/oder Aussprache.<\/p>\n

Mundmotorische Auff\u00e4lligkeiten<\/h1>\n

Besteht ein Ungleichgewicht der Mund- und Gesichtsmuskulatur, spricht man von einer myofunktionellen St\u00f6rung. Die Symptome sind unter anderem eine bevorzugte Mundatmung mit \u00fcberwiegender offener Mundhaltung, ein auff\u00e4lliges Schluckmuster, \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfiger Speichelfluss, eine ver\u00e4nderte Zahnfehlstellung und Lutschgewohnheiten (Schnuller, Daumen).<\/p>\n

Redeflussst\u00f6rungen (Stottern, Poltern)<\/h1>\n

Stottern definiert sich durch auff\u00e4llige Blockaden, Wiederholungen und Dehnungen. H\u00e4ufig treten zus\u00e4tzlich Begleitsymptome, wie Verkrampfungen der Gesichtsmuskulatur oder K\u00f6rperbewegungen beim Sprechen auf.
\nPoltern zeigt sich durch eine schnelle und unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Sprechgeschwindigkeit. Es kommt zu Silben- bzw. Lautverschmelzungen.<\/p>\n

Stimmst\u00f6rung (Dysphonie)<\/h1>\n

Die Dysphonie bezeichnet eine Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Stimme. Eine Stimmerkrankung kann durch dauernde Fehlbelastung in Sprechberufen oder bei seelischem Stress, nach Erkrankungen oder\u00a0 Operationen des Kehlkopfes (Laryngektomie), nach Intubationsnarkosen oder Schilddr\u00fcsenoperationen auftreten. Auch neurologische Erkrankungen wie z.B. ein Schlaganfall, k\u00f6nnen zu einer Dysphonie f\u00fchren. Heiserkeit, Stimmschw\u00e4che, eine geringe Belastbarkeit oder dauernde Ver\u00e4nderung der Stimme mit Folgen der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation k\u00f6nnen auftreten.<\/p>\n

St\u00f6rungen des Schluckens (Dysphagie)<\/h1>\n

Dysphagie bezeichnet eine Beeintr\u00e4chtigung der Nahrungsaufnahme und des Schluckens auf Grund mangelnder Koordination oder Schw\u00e4che der Schluckmuskulatur. Eine Dysphagie kann nach einem akuten neurologischen Geschehen eintreten (z.B. nach Schlaganfall), als auch bei fortschreitenden neurologischen Erkrankungen (M. Parkinson, Multiple Sklerose) oder nach Operationen (Tumore, Laryngektomie). Die Schluckst\u00f6rung kann in unterschiedlicher Schwere auftreten und kann auch die Funktion der Atmung beeintr\u00e4chtigen.<\/p>\n
